Initially, we would go with Home Depot ones, but he recommended better toilets from Toto that we didn't even know were available here. He saved us the hassle of picking up the toilets because he purchased them and brought them to us. While working, he ran into some bad work that was done by the previous contractor, but he managed to make it suitable for us at minimal extra cost. He values a job done correctly. He provided us with several options and the pros/cons of each so that we could decide. When it came down to doing the work, it's clear he's done this many times.
